1. How much will the course cost?
GoodByeTicket.com offers the most competitive price in the industry and we guarantee our price
will be the lowest. Some counties may cost more than others due to additional costs that GoodByeTicket.com incurs for
alternative testing methodologies. Please check your county for current pricing.
2. How long will the course take me to complete?
In order to complete GoodByeTicket.com Traffic School you will need to read 10 short sections of course material and complete the practice tests at the end of each section. In addition you will need to complete
a final exam of 25 questions. Completion times vary by student depending on reading level and other factors.
3. Do I have to complete the course in one sitting?
You do not need to complete the course in one sitting - you may log on as many times as necessary in order to complete the course, you may also re-examine the sections you have already completed at any time.
4. What payment options are available?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover as well as money orders and gift certificates.
5. Do I have to wait for my payment to clear before I start?
No, you may start the course and then send your payment. However, you will not have access to the final exam until we have received your payment.
6. I paid a traffic school fee to the court. Why do I have to pay you too?
Courts charge an administrative fee to allow you to attend traffic school. This is separate from your traffic school tuition.
We do not receive any compensation from the courts and they receive no compensation from us.
7. What if I do not have an Email address?
No Email address is required. However, without a valid Email address you will not receive automatic notices verifying that
we have confirmed your completion of the course. This will make no difference to the court, or to your experience of the course.
But if you take the course without providing a valid Email address,
and you do not receive a Certificate of Completion in the mail within four days of finishing the test
and your payment having cleared (if you pay by money order, remember this takes up to 5 extra days) call us
at 1-800-439-8464.
8. What if I do not have access to the Internet?
That would pose somewhat of a problem - specifically because you would not be reading this FAQ unless someone printed it for you.
We have had many students take the course at work (with permission), at a friend's computer, or even at a local library. Any Internet access will do.
9. Is any classroom attendance required?
No. Your classroom is in the comfort of your own home.
10. I received a list from the court but GoodByeTicket.com is not on the list. Are you approved?
Check GoodByeTicket.com for your county, if we indicate that your court is approved, it is.
Note: Los Angeles county provides two lists. One list contains only
walk-in schools and will not have our site listed. The other list, located at http://www.lasuperiorcourt.org/Traffic/traffichomestudylist contains all home-study
programs and will not list walk-in schools. We are listed on the home-study list. If you have any questions or concerns, please call or email us.
