  1. COURSE TUITION.
    A tuition fee will be charged to the STUDENT according to the rate established for the county in which the test applies. This fee includes all required instructional materials.
  2. COURSE SCHEDULE.
    The instruction is composed of 10 training units. The course will be available to the STUDENT 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This availability may be affected by circumstances such as, but not limited to, system, site, or connectivity failure. The student may be awarded credit for time lost under these circumstances, at the sole discretion of the SCHOOL.
  3. COMPLETION AND CERTIFICATION POLICY.
    The STUDENT agrees to complete all phases of the licensed curriculum in order to receive a certificate of completion. Any time missed must be made up. The school is prohibited from issuing a certificate of completion if the STUDENT has not met all the requirements for course completion, and a STUDENT shall not accept a certificate under such circumstances.
  4. GRADING AND PROGRESS POLICY.
    The STUDENT agrees that they may not be certified or given credit for a defensive driving course unless they score 70% or higher on the final exam. Alternative testing techniques for students with reading, hearing or learning handicaps and policies for re-testing students who score less than 70% will be: a) review of material; b) translation, if necessary or possible; and c) re-testing, verbally if necessary.
  5. RULES OF OPERATION AND CONDUCT.
    The STUDENT agrees that HE/SHE, and not any other person, will study the material in its entirety and complete the chapter quizzes and the final exam. It is illegal to circumvent the state-licensed course or provide false information. If the course administrator discovers the STUDENT has misrepresented themselves or has cheated, the STUDENT will be stopped from taking the course with no refund of the registration fees. In addition, the STUDENT may be prosecuted for perjury and other criminal acts which are punishable by a maximum of a 10-year prison term and a $10,000 fine.
  6. MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.
    Goodbyeticket.com is so confident that you will be completely satisfied after taking our course; we offer a money-back guarantee. Although unlikely, in the event that you do not pass our course, we will REFUND all of your course tuition fees. Remember that you have multiple chances to pass the final exam, and all course material may be reviewed while taking your test. If the STUDENT attempts to circumvent the course, the STUDENT will be given a failing grade, and no refund will be issued.
  7. ACCEPTED COURTS.
    This course is only accepted by the courts that have licensed its content. It is not accepted in all court jurisdictions. If a defendant uses the course outside of the licensed courts and the certificate is not observed, there will be NO REFUND. The defendant must use the course at his/her own discretion.
  8. CERTIFICATE REPROCESSING.
    All information entered on Goodbyeticket.com is assumed correct. If there are any discrepancies regarding data there will be a $10.00 reprocessing fee for a regenerated certificate. This fee is due before any corrections can be made.
  9. RETURN PAYMENT POLICY.
    For any payment that is returned to us for any reason, there will be a service charge of (3) THREE TIMES the payment amount. There will be no exceptions.
  10. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
    Promotion and discount codes MUST be entered during the registration process for the discount to apply. If a double registration occurs for any reason, a $10.00 database correction fee will be charged to the student’s account.
  11. CHARGE BACK OR HOLD STATUS.
    If a charge back or hold status is placed on a student’s payment resulting in no payment for the service, the student will be charged (3) THREE TIMES the amount of the COURSE TUITION. Uptime and connectivity problems are not considered to be a refund or cancellation situation.
  12. OPT-IN/CONSENT
    I agree to receive promotional messages sent via an autodialer, and this agreement isn’t a condition of any purchase. I also agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  13. AGREEMENT TO RECEIVE TEXT MESSAGES

    Though Goodbyeticket.com LLC will never charge you for the text messages you receive, depending on your phone plan, you may see some charges from your mobile provider. Please reach out to your wireless provider if you have questions about your text or data plan.
